At Retiros Yoga Pirineo, we know that gifting a retreat means gifting well-being and time for oneself. To ensure the best experience and manage our spaces with complete transparency, the following conditions apply to all gift purchases:
- Validity: Gift vouchers, certificates, or cards are strictly valid for a period of 18 months from the original date of purchase. This provides the recipient with ample flexibility to choose the time that best fits their schedule.
- Cancellation and Refund Policy: All gift purchases are final. Gift vouchers are non-cancelable, non-refundable, and cannot be exchanged for cash under any circumstances.
- Usage and Availability: The recipient may apply the full value of the gift toward the booking of any scheduled retreat within the 18-month validity period, strictly subject to space availability at the time of booking. The selected retreat must be of an equal or lesser number of days than the originally purchased retreat. Under no circumstances may the total number of days be split or divided across multiple separate retreats.
