When the Irati Forest reaches its most vibrant green, it is the ultimate time to return to yourself. By late May, the mountain air is rich with the vitality of Spring, inviting us to shed the heavy armor of our daily routines. This Hiking & Yoga Retreat (May 22–24) is a call to silence the external noise and immerse yourself in the restorative power of the Pyrenees.

Led by a Psychologist (Saint Louis University graduate) and Yogi with 40 years of practice, this experience provides a professional sanctuary to transition from exhaustion to presence. We combine the precision of modern psychology with the wisdom of yoga to help you reclaim your health and emotional sovereignty.
