The end of August doesn’t have to be stressful. Before the routine knocks on your door again, give yourself a conscious pause. This Relaxing Yoga Retreat (August 21–23) is designed to help you close the summer with serenity, integrating the rest of your holidays and filling you with clean energy for the new cycle ahead.
Led by a Psychologist (Saint Louis University graduate) and Yogi with 40 years of practice, this weekend offers you the mental and physical tools to face September from a place of peace, not urgency.
Why is this retreat your best investment before September?
- The Palace of Rest: You will stay at Casa Marterena, our 13th-century Palace. Its thick stone walls guarantee deep sleep, far from the residual heat of the city, allowing your body to recover completely.
- Clarity in the Irati Forest: We will practice mindful walking and forest bathing in the Irati Forest. The pure air and silence of these ancient woods clear the mind and help you gain perspective on your next steps.
- Yoga for Vitality: Hatha and Kundalini Yoga sessions focused on recharging the body’s “batteries,” shaking off summer lethargy, and activating sustained, balanced energy.
- Psychology of Transition: Practical workshops to identify what you want to keep from your holidays and how to protect your emotional well-being when returning to work or family routines.
- Sound and Harmony: Sessions of Yoga Nidra, Gong baths, and Shamanic Drumming to seal the experience and align your inner frequency with calm.
- Conscious Nutrition: Full-board organic vegetarian cuisine. Enjoy the last flavors of summer from our garden, with dishes designed to detoxify and nourish.
