February often feels like a month of external expectations. While the world focuses on commercial gestures, the Navarre Pyrenees invite us to find warmth in the essential. This Conscious Love Retreat (February 13–15) is built on a fundamental truth: you cannot truly nourish your relationships until you have learned to listen to your own heart.
Guided by a Psychologist from Saint Louis University (Missouri) with 40 years of practice, we will explore how Yoga and Psychology can dismantle emotional armor and strengthen your capacity to love from a place of wholeness rather than lack.
What this Retreat offers (Value Proposition)
- Honouring Self-Love: Professional psychological guidance and workshops designed to rebuild the bond with yourself—the foundation of all well-being.
- Medieval Refuge: Stay in our 13th-century Palace. The roaring fire and ancient stone walls provide the physical sense of safety required for emotional opening.
- Winter Forest Healing: Mindful walks through the silent Irati Forest. Nature in winter teaches us about resilience, stillness, and the beauty of what is real.
- Heart-Centred Practice: Gentle Hatha Yoga, Yoga Nidra, and Gong baths specifically focused on releasing chronic stress and opening the Anahata (heart) center.
- Organic Soul Food: Vegetarian Ayurvedic cuisine designed to ground the body and comfort the spirit during the mountain winter.
