Yoga Poses or Asanas
Yoga is not just physical exercise or postures — it’s emotional integration and spiritual elevation, often touched by a sense of quiet mysticism.
Without the living experience of yoga, even the most detailed descriptions of asanas add little to our true growth.
Our proposal is to live it — through yoga holidays in the Pyrenees. Here, each day blends practice and stillness: asanas, meditation, pranayama, and many other tools to help you release stress and step into the deeper experience of yoga.
No matter how long you’ve been practicing — whether you’re a beginner or a teacher — we’ll offer you the space and support to progress at your own rhythm.
After more than two decades of practice in different countries and cultures, we found in the Pyrenees the roots of our practice. From this mountain sanctuary, we open yoga holidays for all levels, throughout the seasons.
Why the Pyrenees?
I was born by the sea, and have always felt drawn to the ocean. Yet, there’s something profoundly grounding and peaceful about practicing yoga in the mountains — and that’s why I stayed.
Here, practice becomes intuitive: the solidity of the mountains inspires us in Tadasana, while the wildflowers swaying in the breeze teach us the gentle rhythm of the Surya Namaskar.
Science supports it too — training or practicing yoga at altitude brings many benefits, as the body learns to use oxygen more efficiently. Whether scientific or not, what we witness fills us with joy: our students progress, grow, and evolve in their practice every time they come back to the Pyrenees.
