Our December Retreat is the Perfect Way to End Your Year

Do you want to learn and practice hatha yoga? Do you want to expand your yoga or meditation practice? Do you want to keep the connection with yourself and enjoy your inner balance? Join us in the December yoga and meditation retreat, a retreat of self-love, self-empowerment, and self-transformation.

We all connect with our center and, from there, with nature, the forest, and all the wonders that Navarre can bring us. You practice yoga and various meditation techniques.

We want to offer you an enriching and transformative experience, support the local community, contribute to sustainable ecotourism in the Pyrenees, and spread our love for yoga and meditation.

During this retreat, we walk through the jungle of Irati, the second-largest beech forest in Europe after the Black Forest. We also visit Roncesvalles, the beginning of the road to Santiago in Spain.

We are passionate about nutrition, which is why we offer a healthy diet of Ayurvedic, abundant, and delicious vegetarian cuisine, made with local and organic products. If it is not from our garden, it’s from a friendly garden.

The December Retreat Includes:

  • Stay at the Pyrenees Yoga Retreat Center, whose main building is Casa Marterena, a palace house from the 13th century
  • Meals mostly either from our orchard or friendly orchards. We also practice vegetarian, ecological, and Ayurvedic cuisine.
  • Sessions suitable for all levels in small groups of yoga, pranayama, and guided meditation at dawn to activate
  • Sessions suitable for all levels in small groups of pranayama and guided sunset meditation to relax and sleep better
  • Irati jungle excursion
  • Excursion on the Camino de Santiago
  • Sessions with millenary tools of consciousness and relaxation in the middle of nature
  • Excursion to Roncesvalles, the strategic medieval enclave and start of the road to Santiago, rich in legends
  • Tea and fruit always available

Orientation Agenda:

Because we have very small groups of only nine people, the practices can be customized, and therefore what is presented here may vary.
